遠雄集團於2024年在備受注目的臺中七期推出區域指標案「遠雄琉蘊」,坐擁七期最具國際焦點的市政北七路黃金門牌,位於新光三越、歌劇院、秋紅谷環抱的黃金三角核心地段。並於2024年5月4日攜手臺中國家歌劇院,以共同打造臺中獨有的七期藝術生活圈,共享頂級藝文饗宴,體驗七期特有的Urban Life style為目的,由一未創意統籌企劃執行一場公開記者會以及一場VIP party。

一未創意從專案的風格定位與美學訴求,在場地建築美學空間的基礎上,從視覺設計、舞台美術、燈光音響、精緻餐點以及藝術布展的整體工作上,並攜手巧偶花藝設計共同完成第一個在臺中國家歌劇院凸凸廳的品牌發佈會,提供一場精緻高雅不同凡響的企劃活動。

In 2024, Falglory Group launched the highly anticipated “Grace Lustrous,” a landmark project in Taichung’s 7th Redevelopment Zone. Situated on the prestigious Municipal North Seventh Road, this prime location is embraced by Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, the National Taichung Theater, and Calligraphy Greenway, forming the golden triangle at the heart of the city’s international focus. On May 4, 2024, OMC organized a public press conference and a VIP party at the National Taichung Theater’s unique “凸凸廳,” marking the first brand launch event there. The event aimed to create an exclusive urban lifestyle experience unique to the 7th Redevelopment Zone, combining top-tier cultural and artistic experiences.

OMC was responsible for the project’s style positioning and aesthetic appeal, ensuring that all elements, from visual design, stage art, lighting and sound, exquisite dining, and artistic arrangements, were meticulously executed. We collaborated with Ciao! Floral Studio to create an exquisite and sophisticated event, offering an extraordinary planning experience.

For Far Glory Group’s first entry into Taichung’s top-tier lifestyle market with the “Grace Lustrous,” project, we drew inspiration from the core value of “琉光飛瀑,” Partne ring with Chef Lin Yihua from Taichung’s Michelin-starred restaurant sur-, we created a hidden exclusive afternoon tea set named “Luminous Green Essence” at the reception center. This unique culinary experience combined local Taiwanese ingredients with Michelin-level gourmet aesthetics, showcasing the luxurious and refined quality of Grace Lustrous.

2024年農曆新年,遠雄集團大台中地區兩大重點建案台中七期「遠雄琉蘊」及台中清水「遠雄星呈」,分別舉辦了一場為期三天VIP活動。

一未創意在視覺美學執行上攜手巧偶花藝設計以藝術裝置的高度體現,並且以國際精品VIP活動的規格,於每天規劃了三場不同的生活美學體驗課程,同時也提供了精緻的餐點以及伴手禮,為客戶實現了遠雄生活美學的另一種精緻的VIP互動體驗。

During the 2024 Lunar New Year, Far Glory Group held three-day VIP events for two major projects in Taichung: “Far Glory Liu Yun” in the 7th Redevelopment Zone and “Far Glory Starshine” in Qingshui. OMC collaborated with Craft Floriology Design to execute a visual aesthetic experience, integrating artistic installations of the highest caliber. Each day featured three different lifestyle aesthetics experience courses, complete with exquisite dining and gifts, offering VIP clients a refined and interactive experience of Far Glory’s lifestyle aesthetics.

《Harper’s BAZAAR》一年一度的「BAZAAR Café」,2024年在期間限定的「B Gallery」下,一未創意負責策展規劃以及活動執行兩大工作內容,以主題為「MIRROR 鏡像對話展」,攜手兩位插畫藝術家周依、Abei打造主視覺,並展出平子雄一、張騰遠的藝術作品,在「CURISTA COFFEE奎士咖啡」中打造出一個微型藝廊展覽。奎士咖啡更配合這次活動推出限定飲品以及甜點,在一杯咖啡的時光,在欣賞扣人心弦的藝術品時,也能享受精心製作的調飲及點心,展現出全世界第一本時尚雜誌的文化高度與生活美學。

Harper’s BAZAAR’s annual “BAZAAR Café” in 2024, held at the limited-time “B Gallery,” saw OMC responsible for curatorial planning and event execution under the theme “MIRROR: Dialogue of Reflection.” Collaborating with illustrators Zhou Yi and Abei, we created the main visual, showcasing artworks by Hironobu Tsujita and Zhang Tengyuan. A micro gallery exhibition was set up in “CURISTA COFFEE,” where exclusive beverages and desserts were introduced to complement the event. This experience allowed guests to enjoy carefully crafted drinks and snacks while appreciating captivating art, reflecting the cultural sophistication and lifestyle aesthetics of the world’s first fashion magazine.

Songyan Market at the “Songshan Cultural and Creative Park” has, over the past decade, become Taiwan’s most iconic hub for cultural and creative energy, creation, and representation through cultural and creative works, performances, and resonance in a site rich in historical and cultural heritage. As the city progresses and the Taipei Dome is about to open, coinciding with the trend of enhancing lifestyle aesthetics, in 2023, the first lifestyle market brand at the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park, “Songyan Market,” was officially launched. 2024 年 11 月,全球首間品牌概念店 NINETY PLUS Portal Store 將進駐 NOKE 忠泰樂生活,以台北為核心,為整個亞洲提供 90 分以上、難以超越的精品咖啡豆體驗。

2024 年 11 月 7 日,由 一未創意 one more creative 策劃執行,於 NOKE 忠泰樂生活 3 樓 UNCANNY 舉辦一場特別的咖啡生活文化講座。

活動將由創辦人 Joseph Brodsky 親自訪台,分享 Ninety Plus 傳奇般的品牌故事,並邀請咖啡生活作家 Chez 擔任主持。同時,特別邀請 2023 WSC 世界虹吸咖啡冠軍簡嘉程 與 2024 TBrC 世界盃沖煮大賽台灣選拔賽冠軍陳起軒 兩位冠軍職人,在講座現場以各自專業的沖煮手法,呈現 Ninety Plus 的 Lycello 與 Perci 兩款經典藝伎咖啡豆的絕佳風味。

In November 2024, Ninety Plus will open its first-ever brand concept store, NINETY PLUS Portal Store, at NOKE Chong Tai Le Living. This landmark store will establish Taipei as the central hub for delivering unparalleled coffee experiences with beans scoring 90+ points across Asia, setting a new standard for coffee culture in the region.

To celebrate this milestone, one more creative will organize a unique coffee lifestyle and culture lecture on November 7, 2024, at UNCANNY, 3rd floor, NOKE Chong Tai Le Living. This special event will commemorate Ninety Plus’s debut in Asia and offer an in-depth exploration of its journey and philosophy.

The event will feature founder Joseph Brodsky, who will personally visit Taiwan to share the legendary story of Ninety Plus. Renowned coffee lifestyle writer Chez will host the lecture, which will also showcase two world-class baristas: Chien Chia-Cheng, the 2023 WSC World Siphon Coffee Champion, and Chen Chi-Hsuan, the 2024 TBrC World Brewers Cup Taiwan Champion.

These champions will demonstrate their exceptional brewing techniques, offering guests the rare opportunity to experience the extraordinary flavors of Ninety Plus’s iconic Geisha coffee beans, Lycello and Perci, in a live and interactive setting. HAPPY HAIR Sustainability Design Project.快樂髮型 永續設計企劃

HAPPY HAIR 發展至今已超過 40 年的歷史,從美髮造型養護作為起點,到成為生活美學集團——快樂麗康,一直致力於為每一位顧客提供最佳的服務。

今年夏天,HAPPY HAIR 樂群概念店隆重開幕。與此同時,身為過去長期為頂級客戶服務的明水旗艦店,也將功成身退,正式結束營業。而這份服務的精神,將持續在樂群概念店,以更精緻的服務體驗,提供給每一位顧客。

集團永續長以及行銷團隊,為了記錄這重要的時刻,希望能夠以創意來實現集團永續的精神。由一未創意 one more creative 提出與在地藝術設計工藝結合的創意企劃,並統籌執行。

在經過場勘後,創意團隊以過往代表性的木作牆面素材發想,邀請 幸中家具實驗室 SJ Furniture LAB 主理人 Sam Tsai,將即將拆卸丟棄的木料挑選、收集並整理後,透過不同的工藝手法,結合幸中 LAB 的特色,以「椅子」這項作品創作出結合工藝與設計的永續成果。而這八張椅子,未來都將在集團總部繼續為每一個員工服務。

With over 40 years of history, HAPPY HAIR has evolved from its beginnings in haircare and styling to becoming Happy Recare, a lifestyle aesthetics group committed to providing exceptional service to every customer. This summer marked the grand opening of the HAPPY HAIR Lequn Concept Store. At the same time, the iconic Mingshui Flagship Store, which had long served its esteemed clientele, officially closed its doors. The spirit of exceptional service cultivated at Mingshui will carry forward to the Lequn Concept Store, offering an even more refined service experience.

To commemorate this milestone and highlight the group’s commitment to sustainability, the corporate sustainability and marketing teams collaborated on a creative project led by one more creative, integrating local artistry and craftsmanship. Inspired by site visits, the team reimagined the store’s iconic wooden wall materials, partnering with SJ Furniture LAB, led by craftsman Sam Tsai, to salvage and repurpose the dismantled wood. The result is a collection of eight exquisite chairs, created by blending unique craftsmanship with SJ LAB’s distinctive style, embodying a perfect balance of sustainability, artistry, and design.

These eight chairs will be given a new purpose at the group’s headquarters, continuing to serve every employee as a symbol of the group’s dedication to sustainability and innovation, while celebrating the legacy and forward-thinking values of HAPPY HAIR.
